Pre-Convention Tour

We are excited to announce that tours of the Columbian Home Products factory in
Terre Haute will be available as a pre-convention event on Wednesday, July 25, 2007.
Those members coming into town early may wish to take this opportunity to learn more
about the production of graniteware. Some of the machinery still in use dates back to the 1920's.

Please note that the tour will be in an operating production facility and will
involve moderately strenuous walking in very noisy and warm to hot conditions. The
tours will run approximately one hour. Required attire would be full length slacks,
shoes covering the entire foot (no sandals or thongs) and stockings that come up far
enough on the leg so that the slacks will cover the tops of the socks.

Transportation to and from the factory would have to be provided by the individual
members. The plant is about five miles from the Holiday Inn in Terre Haute, Indiana.

Tours are tentatively planned at 9:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on July 25, 2007. Members
must sign up prior to the tour date to assure availability. Those interested in
