NGS County Fair - "Best of Show" Program

Registered Members attending convention may enter up to 2 pieces.
Registered pieces may be entered in the same category or in 2 separate categories.
A separate entry form must be filled out foreach entered piece.
When dropping off the entry at the display room, each member will be required to sign the official registration form in person.
Members will be required to pick up their piece/pieces in person at the conclusion of the displays.
Security: The display room will be securely locked to ensure safety of items.

Registered members attending convention will receive 6 ballots, one for each of the five categories and one for
“Best of Show.”

1st, 2nd and 3rd place ribbons will be awarded in each category. The single piece that receives the most “Best of Show” votes will be awarded “Best of Show.”

Deadline for entries is June 1st.
All entries received by mail or email by June 1st will be assured a spot in the displays. A separate form must be sent for each entry. (Make copy of this form) On-site entries will be allowed only as space permits in each category. On-site entries will be accepted only after all pre-registered items
have been entered.
